Itility Group is delighted to announce the acquisition of a majority stake in Seamgen, a United States based software developer. This marks a significant milestone for both companies in the field of applications, data solutions, cloud platforms and AI.
With its new shareholder, Seamgen will be able to accelerate growth and anticipate the rapidly growing demand for custom, data-intensive and AI-driven applications built on secure cloud platforms. Supported by Itility, the company can further scale its application development and provide both maintenance and support.
