Annual conference World M&A Alliance

In March 2021, World M&A Alliance organizes its annual conference. At first planned in Paris, France, due to Covid-19 it was decided to organize for the second year at a row a digital conference. In the meantime the alliance has grown to over 20 locations worldwide, over 175 sector specialists and more than 1,500 transactions globally. Through World M&A Alliance, the sector teams work closely together on cross-border merger & acquisition and corporate finance opportunities.
Recently the leading Spanish M&A advisory firm Arcano Partners became part of World M&A Alliance. The deep and long-standing relationships throughout local core markets and intimate understanding of the cultural, regulatory and legislative differences between countries enables us to source, evaluate and capitalize on the best opportunities.
